7 Halloween Make-Up Ideas to Try This Year

We’re less than two weeks away! Halloween is just around the corner, so if you’re looking for some fun Halloween-esque inspiration, look no further! From the Halloween classics to not-so-conventional looks - we’ve got you covered. We’ve put together these looks that are easy to recreate and super cool yet scary all at the same time - let’s go!

1. Werewolf
If you’re looking to go a little feral this year, look no further than this eye-catching Werewolf impersonation by our Creative Director, Tippy Wyatt. The key to executing this look is all about contouring, wild eyebrows and using some yellow-toned colored eye contacts to add that much needed extra touch. Finish it off by wearing any of our lashes! Lashes pictured: “I See You Boo” launching November (stay tuned for dates!).

2. Poisoned Rose
If you are wanting to dress up a little more elegant this year, then you’re going to be huge fans of the Poisoned Rose look, created by @hayleeanise_makeup. Black lipstick and small rose details are a must for that dark yet graceful flare. If you’re wondering which killer eyelashes were used it’s our “Queen Of Hearts” lashes.

3. Galaxy Slime
Drippy makeup has never been bigger this season! The talented @makeupby_drew put her own twist on it, transforming into Galaxy Slime! This look is definitely a conversation starter so be ready for questions and complimemts all night. The lashes used in the making of this look are our “Queen Of Hearts” style.

4. The Cheshire Cat
The Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland is a classic character and can be donned by anyone. We absolutely love @glamvirtue’s feminine take on this. Take note of that absolutely fabulous eye artwork. Lashes used to recreate this look is the “Love Story” set.

5. Skeleton
We couldn’t do Halloween makeup without a prototypical skeleton. Look at how much effort that’s gone into the makeup! @glamvirtue adding a twist to this look without whiting out her face and leaving her skin more human-like. Adding in surreal cracks throughout her face and shading gives a skeleton in the flesh look… The lashes used in this classic look are our “Love Story” lashes.

6. Cool Clown
Our favorite clown look is this insanely cool 'Clown' face, created by the one and only @makeupby_drew. Black lipstick and black eye contacts for the win! The highlights applied to the high points of the face gives this look more dimension. For that added drama this blogger used the lashes “Queen Of Hearts”.

7. Diamond Sugar Skull
To finish, we couldn’t help but recreate the beautiful Diamond Sugar Skull by world-class makeup artist, Jordan Liberty. All products were bought from Michael’s Arts and Crafts. Look at how unique this look is! A little twist on the beautiful and oh-so-popular, Sugar Skull. The skin tone is a super highlighted canvas. The details are in the various shapes, sizes and colors of rhinestones which mimics jewelry… for the face! We created a mask and teeth with the rhinestones giving this look the ultimate drop dead gorgeous effect. This look was created by our Creative Director, Tippy Wyatt. Lashes used: “I See You Boo”.

As you can see, there are endless possibilities with makeup, lashes and a little creativity. We hope you felt the Halloween spirit reading along! We’d love to hear from you - be sure to leave a comment below on which look is your favorite look!
